I worked with Melissa to buy a home and she made the process so easy! This was my first time going through this process and she happily answered all of my newbie questions. We would NOT have been able to get our home had it not been for Kara. She advocated and pushed for us and did what felt was literally impossible. We seriously have our DREAM home and it is 100% credited to her. A home is so much more than a building. For my family it represents finally setting down roots after years of transition. It means creating a safe haven for our family and friends. Kara knew how important getting our first home was and she was bound and determined to find us our perfect space...and she did. I have had multiple people tell me how shocked they were at how much time and attention Kara poured into us. We truly got the VIP experience with her. Opportunity made it necessary to sell quickly, off-season. We adored Kara after she sold us our home 5 years ago, so it was a no-brainer when it came time to sell. Kara got us on the market and made it possible for 31 families to see our home in 3 days! We had 5 offers, an awesome bidding war, and set the neighborhood record for sale price! When the buyers tried to push last-minute demands, Kara "took no tea for the fever"! I will NEVER list with another agent; no one is better in Central PA!

“Adds a personal touch…”
Kara is far from the first realtor I’ve worked with. She adds a personal touch that I have never seen before. Selling your house can be really hard and time-consuming. Having dozens of people walk through and having to have your house constantly show ready can really wear on you. Kara shows a lot of respect and actually once you to be happy with the result of her work. She has a lot of contacts and she’s great at networking. We had two dozen showings in the first 10 days. She’s also really good at negotiating on your behalf. And if you have any questions and concerns, she gets back to you within a few hours. In our case, our house went under contract within the first 30 days. However the buyer almost backed out on settlement day. Kara was able to pull off the sale anyway and it saved an entire headache of having to do it all over again. When working with Cara you have to put your trust in her. She knows what she’s doing and she has your best interest in mind. She understands so much more what’s going on them I possibly could have. She will follow through and she will get you to your goal.
