Maeda Cramer joined Kara Pierce in 2019 as her Executive Assistant - and what started as a behind-the-scenes support role quickly evolved into something much more. Today, Maeda serves as the Executive Director of Operations and the Transaction Coordinator for the Kara Pierce Team, helping lead one of Central PA’s top-performing real estate teams with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of spreadsheets.

She earned her degree in Communication from Loyola University Maryland in 2013, with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations. Never one to turn down an adventure, she spent nearly a year studying abroad in Leuven, Belgium during her junior year - traveling across Europe and soaking up every bit of culture along the way.

Back stateside, Maeda’s first job after graduation was actually at Keller Williams of Central PA East (Kara’s original brokerage!) before she branched out to explore other paths. Years later, when Kara reached out for help, it felt like everything had come full circle - and the rest is history.

Today, Maeda balances running the daily operations of a multi-million dollar business and raising two kids with her high school sweetheart. It’s a lot to juggle, but she thrives in the chaos, and wouldn’t trade it for anything.
